About NCTA
What is NCTA? NCTA provides automated trading software (Expert Advisors for MetaTrader 5) and a licence to use it. We are not a broker, not an investment platform and we do not manage your money.
Is profit guaranteed? No. Leveraged gold trading carries a high level of risk and you can lose all of your capital. See the Risk Disclosure.
Purchases and payment
How do I pay? In USDT (TRC-20 or BEP-20) or USDC (BEP-20), as shown at checkout. See the Payment Guide.
Why no ringgit, card or bank? At the moment only crypto stablecoins are accepted.
What is the difference between 1 EA, 2 EAs and the bundle? 1 EA and 2 EAs are licence options for the EAs you choose. The bundle includes the 5 core EAs and the GavanZ Engines bonus. Owners of all 5 core EAs receive a licence with no expiry date for those EAs for as long as all the licences are valid.
What is the Pioneer price? The first 100 bundle buyers get the Pioneer price and access to the 5 upcoming EAs. After 100, the bundle price returns to the standard price. See the Terms.
My order expired. What should I do? Create a new order. Crypto orders must be paid within 20 minutes.
I sent the payment but the order is not confirmed. Wait a few minutes. If it is still not confirmed, contact support with your order number and TXID.
I sent on a different network or the amount was not exact. Contact support immediately. Recovery is not guaranteed because blockchain transactions cannot be reversed.
Can I ask for a refund? No. All sales are final because this is software (an automation aid), and trading profit and loss are the user's own risk. See Final Sale.
Licences
How long is a licence? 12 months starting from the first download of each EA. Renewal is at the same price as the purchase price.
How many accounts can I use it on? Up to 10 real accounts per broker (maximum 40 in total) for each user, with no limit on demo accounts. The limit may be increased with NCTA's approval.
Which brokers are supported? Any broker that offers MetaTrader 5 with hedging accounts. We do not list or recommend any particular broker.
Can I share my licence key? No. Sharing can lead to the licence being revoked.
What happens when a licence expires? The EA does not open new orders and cancels pending orders. Most EAs keep managing open positions until they close; FlipGrid and SuperFlip GavanZ close all positions immediately. Renew before it expires.
The EA will not open orders. Check: (1) the licence status on the chart panel, (2) https://ea.ncta.my is added under Allow WebRequest, (3) the Algo Trading button is green, (4) the broker and account type are supported, (5) the number of accounts does not exceed the limit. Can I get the source file (.mq5)? No. Only .ex5 files are distributed.
Affiliate
How does the affiliate programme work? You earn commission on confirmed bundle sales made through your referral link. There is no commission for sign-ups or recruitment. See the Affiliate Terms.
How much commission? It depends on your tier (Rookie, Pro, Elite) and is shown in your affiliate portal. The total to all parties on one sale does not exceed 35%.
When can commission be withdrawn? Commission appears in your sales log as soon as the customer's payment is confirmed. Once your identity verification (KYC) is Verified, you have saved a payout address and your available balance reaches the minimum payout (US$50), you can request a payout in your affiliate portal. NCTA reviews each request and pays in USDT TRC-20.
