• Before you pay, check the plan, price, broker and your platform. Contact support before paying if you have questions.
• Payments to the wrong address, network or asset, inexact amounts, or payments after the order has expired are handled case by case and recovery is not guaranteed. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed.
• NCTA may revoke a licence if the terms are breached (for example, sharing a key).
