Affiliate Terms
The NCTA affiliate programme is a way to introduce NCTA software to buyers. It is not an investment scheme, not a recruitment scheme and not a paid membership.
- Commission only on confirmed bundle sales. Commission is calculated on the amount paid and confirmed for a bundle purchase referred through your link or code. Purchases of 1 EA, 2 EAs and renewals do not qualify. There is no commission for sign-ups, recruitment, deposits, investment, ranking or reaching targets.
- Three affiliate tiers (Rookie, Pro, Elite) with direct and override commission rates shown in your affiliate portal. Overrides go up to two upline levels only; there is no third level or beyond. The total commission to all parties on one sale does not exceed 35% of the amount paid; the remainder stays with NCTA.
- Tier promotion requires the sales conditions stated in the portal. A tier that has been reached is kept. NCTA may change the conditions for new tiers with notice.
- Monthly performance bonuses (if offered) are performance rewards, not commission, paid from company income outside the 35% cap, and depend on that month's sales profit and the minimum conditions announced.
- Commission: there is no holding period because there are no refunds. Commission is recorded in the ledger as soon as the customer's payment is confirmed and is released after admin approval and identity verification (KYC) if required. All commission changes are recorded in an auditable ledger.
- Payment: commission is paid as an Affiliate Commission Payout (not an investment withdrawal), in USDT TRC-20 to an address you have verified, according to the schedule and minimum amount shown in the affiliate portal, after a payout request is approved. Identity verification (KYC) may be required before the first payment and NCTA may hold payment until it is complete.
- No self-referral: purchases by you or related parties do not qualify.
- No promises of profit. You may not state or imply guaranteed profit, guaranteed passive income or "risk-free", and may not describe commission as an investment return.
- Disclosure: you must state clearly that your link is an affiliate link and that you receive a commission. Use materials approved by NCTA.
- Prohibited: spam, misleading advertising, representing yourself as NCTA, targeting children, collecting money from others on behalf of NCTA, and any practice that breaks the law or an advertising platform's policy.
- NCTA may suspend or terminate affiliate membership if these terms are breached, and cancel unpaid commission.
- You are responsible for tax on your commission.
