Terms of Use

Operator: NCTA. Contact us through the support e-mail at the bottom (footer) of every page.

1. What you are buying

NCTA provides trading-tool software (Expert Advisors for MetaTrader 5) and a licence to use that software. NCTA is not an investment platform, not a broker, does not manage customer funds and does not guarantee any profit. A licence is not an investment account and the licence price is not a deposit.

2. Licence

3. Licence expired or revoked

When a licence expires, is revoked or is invalid, the EA cancels unfilled pending orders and does not open new orders. For most EAs, positions that are already open continue to be managed until they close. Exception: for FlipGrid and SuperFlip GavanZ, the EA closes all positions and orders immediately because it does not stop on its own. Detailed guidance for each EA is in its documentation. You are responsible for monitoring your account and renewing your licence before it expires.

4. Pioneer programme

5. Payment

6. All sales are final

All sales are final and there are no refunds. See the Final Sale Policy.

7. Risk and responsibility

Leveraged gold trading carries a high level of risk and you can lose all of your capital. Grid or martingale EAs can increase position size when price moves against you. Simulation results on this site are not real results. Please read the Risk Disclosure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, NCTA is not liable for trading losses, interruptions to your broker, platform, internet or the licence server, or for indirect losses. NCTA's maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant licence.

9. Termination

NCTA may revoke a licence if these terms are breached (for example, sharing a key), without a refund.
