Crypto Payment Guide

NCTA accepts USDT or USDC stablecoin payments through the token and network shown in the shop (USDT TRC-20 on Tron, plus USDT BEP-20 and USDC BEP-20 on BNB Smart Chain). Choose one network when you create an order. We do not accept Malaysian ringgit, cards or bank transfers.

Before you pay

• You need USDT or USDC in a wallet or exchange account that supports sending on the network you choose.
• Have a small amount of TRX (TRC-20) or BNB (BEP-20) for the network fee, or make sure your exchange covers the fee. The fee is borne by you and is not included in the price.
• Choose the SAME token AND network as shown on the order page when you send. Other networks (including ERC-20) or other tokens are not accepted and the funds may not be recoverable.

Step by step

1. Log in, open the Shop, choose the bundle or EA, choose the crypto payment method and network, and press Continue to order.
2. The order page shows a QR code, a wallet address and the exact amount, with a 20-minute timer. This address is reserved for your order only.
3. Scan the QR or copy the address (the Copy address button) and send the exact amount over the network shown.
4. Then wait. The system watches the blockchain by itself and the page moves through four steps: Waiting for payment, Confirming, Confirmed, Licence activated. You do not need to press anything.
5. Once confirmed, the order status changes to Paid, the licence is issued, a confirmation e-mail is sent and you can download the EA on the Downloads page.
6. For BEP-20 (USDT and USDC), press Check payment now if needed (no TXID). For TRC-20, only if automatic detection is slow after a few minutes, open the Submit TXID section on the order page and paste the TXID from your wallet or Tronscan.

Important

• The amount must be exact. If it is short, the page shows the balance and you can send the balance to the same address within the allowed time. If it is more, the order is still confirmed and NCTA will contact you about the excess.
• Paying from an exchange? The exchange deducts a withdrawal fee. Add that fee so the amount that ARRIVES at the address is not less than the order amount.
• The address is specific to the order. Do not send payments for other orders to this address and do not reuse the address after the order expires.
• 20-minute window. If you are late, the order expires and any held Pioneer place is released. Create a new order if needed.
• Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. Check the address twice before you press send.
• One TXID can be used for one order only.
• Confirmation normally takes 1 to 3 minutes after the transaction appears on the network.
